3. Exam Fee & Payment
Fee Structure: Connect India charges a non-refundable exam assessment fee to process and evaluate your application and assessment response.
Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Cashfree Payments. By submitting payment, you authorize Connect India and Cashfree to charge your selected payment method.
Payment Confirmation: You will receive a payment receipt via email. Please retain this for your records.
Currency & Pricing: All fees are stated in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices are subject to applicable taxes and payment gateway charges.
4. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and assessment
- You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes
- You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or interfere with its operation
- You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account
5. Assessment Process
Exam Window: After payment, you will have access to complete the assessment within the specified window as communicated during registration.
Submission: All assessments must be submitted before the deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted.
Fair Evaluation: All submissions are evaluated fairly by our assessment team using standardized criteria.
Results: Results will be communicated within the timeframe specified by Connect India, accessible through your candidate portal.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, assessment materials, and Platform features are the intellectual property of Connect India or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Connect India shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or the assessment results. Connect India's total liability is limited to the amount paid for the exam fee.
8. Data Privacy & Security
Your personal and assessment data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. We employ industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your information. Payment information is processed securely by Cashfree and never stored on our servers.
9. Termination
Connect India reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform if these Terms are violated, or for any reason at its sole discretion.
10. Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
11. Modifications
Connect India reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
